Alpha-Numerics offers thermal simulation services specifically tailored to CooliBlade’s innovative NEOcore™ cooling technology. By working closely with CooliBlade’s specialists, Alpha-Numerics has developed accurate physical replacement models for evaporative cooling in its CelsiusEC simulation software, validated against measured performance data.
This enables Alpha-Numerics not only to simulate the CooliBlade NEOcore products, but also entire customer applications — integrating NEOcore solutions into full-system simulations to optimize thermal performance from the earliest design stages. Through close communication between the two companies’ engineering teams, customers benefit from accurate, application-specific temperature simulations across all performance classes, helping them design more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective systems.
Webinar #8 – “Entdecken Sie die NEOcore-Technologie“
As a concrete step in their strengthened cooperation, CooliBlade and Alpha-Numerics will co-host a webinar showcasing the performance and integration of NEOcore technology.
The 40-minute session will cover:
- How NEOcore works and what makes it different from conventional cooling?
- Real-world performance data from customer applications
- How Alpha-Numerics’ simulation methods accurately model NEOcore in system designs
“Our NEOcore solutions has found strong traction in Germany, and Alpha-Numerics’ expertise in thermal simulation is a perfect complement to our offering,” said Kimmo Jokelainen, CTO of CooliBlade. “Co-operation of us, we can help German power electronics companies shorten their development cycles, reduce risk, and deliver higher-performing systems to market.”
CooliBlade’s NEOcore™ cooling products have already demonstrated in multiple customer cases the ability to deliver up to 50% more power in the same footprint, ~25% lower component temperatures, and up to 50% less system weight — while lowering total system costs.
By combining this proven performance with Alpha-Numerics’ advanced simulation capabilities, the partnership aims to help German customers design more competitive products and more sustainable in the rapidly evolving electrification landscape.
