ALPHA-Numerics offers Simulation Services for CooliBlade Technologien
We now also offer simulation services for CooliBlade’s innovative coolers.
Thanks to close cooperation with CooliBlade’s specialists, we have been able to correctly calculate their cooling technology using physical replacement models (evaporative cooling) in our CelsiusEC software and match the available measured values.
Thanks to our efficient networking technology and focus on electronic systems, we are able to simulate not only the coolers, but entire customer applications with integrated CooliBlade coolers.
The NEOcore Technology
NEOcore redefines thermal management for power module applications by integrating thermosyphon technology directly into a high-performance heatsink. The fully integrated aluminum structure eliminates additional thermal interfaces, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency compared to traditional heat pipes.
1. Large Evaporators: Ensures even cooling across the entire module, preventing localized overheating and optimizing heat transfer.
2. Integrated Thermal Channel: An aluminum structure, allowing for instant and uniform heat dissipation.
